WHAT IS A CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT?

A chiropractic adjustment can vary in technique but has the same goal: to improve neurofeedback to a joint by applying motion to a restricted joint. Better joint mobility allows for better rehabilitation!

WHAT IS DRY NEEDLING?

One of the most effective forms of soft tissue treatment. Dry needling is commonly called “trigger point needling.” Needles will be placed into trigger points (commonly referred to as “knots”) in the muscles. The needles will cause micro-trauma which will increase blood flow bringing health cells and eventually decrease the swelling in the muscle tissue.
